Who actually cleans my home?
Independent local cleaners we've vetted (ID, references, a test clean). We coordinate, check the photos and stay your single point of contact.
What's included in a turnover?
Beds made with your linens, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash out, dishes done, supplies restocked from your storage, and a photo report.
What if a cleaner cancels?
We contact a backup cleaner right away and keep you posted. If we can't cover your turnover, you don't pay for it.
How do I get the photos?
By text or email after each clean, time-stamped.
Do you do laundry?
Yes, on-site if your home has a washer/dryer (add-on). We can also work with your linen service.
How do I pay?
By secure checkout through Whop, per clean or as agreed for recurring homes.
Can you sync with my calendar?
Send us your iCal link and we'll schedule around checkouts.
Do you handle damage or maintenance?
We report it with photos the same day. Repairs are quoted separately (more services coming).
Do you clean outside these areas?
Not yet. Ask — we're growing.
Are you insured?
